What's special about this position?

• Design, update, and continuously improve risk management system methodologies.
• Ensure the implementation and adherence to risk management and company policies and procedures.
• Analyze relevant risks and conduct risk assessments before launching a new activity/product.
• Participate in the design, selection, implementation, and pre-approval of risk measurement models, regularly reviewing the models and making necessary changes.
• Compose risk measurement model methodologies and assumptions in writing, periodically update them, and continuously analyze the effectiveness of the methodologies.
• Produce regular reports based on risk measurement models and analyze the reports.
• Monitor the continuous use of quantifiable risks within established limits.
• Define compliance processes based on the needs of the sector, market, national/international laws, and standards, and create relevant documentation and records.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation and fulfill legal requirements.
• Create risk management and compliance reports and regularly report them.
• Provide information and documentation to official authorities or banks upon their request.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in risk management, internal control, regulatory compliance changes, and other relevant fields in the banking, insurance, and finance sectors.
• Preferably knowledge and experience in international risk management standards and algorithms.
• Preferably holds ISO 27001, 27701, 22301 certifications or sufficient knowledge.
• Sufficient knowledge of KVKK, BBDK, and MASAK regulations and standards.
• Sufficient IT and infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis, interpretation, and expression of analysis results.
• Knowledge of statistics and statistical models.
• Fluent in English.
