As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take full ownership of our design system while also shaping intuitive product experiences that drive impact. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across web and mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do

 Design Systems & UI Consistency

• Build, maintain, and scale a design system and component library for all Figopara products.
• Define naming conventions, interaction behaviors, layout rules, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with front-end engineers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
• Promote system thinking and drive adoption within product and engineering teams.
• Evolve the design system as new products, platforms, and user needs emerge.

 Product Design & Experience

• Translate product goals and user needs into clean, intuitive, scalable interfaces.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Shape product strategy by aligning design decisions with business context and user insight.
• Champion consistency and pixel-perfect execution across all touchpoints.

Collaboration, Enablement & Mentorship

• Provide design rationale through documentation, storytelling, and visual clarity.
• Share knowledge with engineers and stakeholders through workshops, audits, and design reviews.
• Help front-end developers improve their UI intuition and system thinking.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure high-quality visual outputs align with the product design system and brand standards.
• When needed, guide or brief external design resources and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
• Mentor future junior designers as the design team grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in product design (preferably with UI systems or design ops focus).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, and libraries.
• Hands-on experience with responsive web and native mobile app design.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.
• Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout systems.
• Ability to work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Clear communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: experience with motion design, design tokens, or accessibility standards.
